Online Training
Online Training / Wellness Coaching
Fitness is not a "one size fits all", but rather an individualized and personal part of your life. Sometimes you need more than just an hour of personal training. With the wellness coach packages, you still receive the baseline evaluation, nutritional guidance, and re-assessments, but you also get personal monitoring and coaching with your diet, questions, and challenges.
We offer the following training and services:
Online Personal Training - This is optimal if you are not local, travel, or want the benefits of accessing a personal trainer to coach and council you at a lower cost than in a gym setting.
Unlimited plans, updates, and trainer access - $375 Monthly
This rate offers you constant updates, adjustments, and feedback/monitoring to guide you in your fitness journey. This includes the creation of a baseline profile for you, assessing your fitness level, discussing your goals and accessible equipment, and creating a fitness plan that grows with you. This also includes your diet, cardio, and strength training or sport specific training, adjustments as you need it, and ongoing encouragement, all in one inclusive plan! For many, this plan is more economical and convenient than a traditional gym setting. We develop your fitness plan based on where you exercise and what you have available. This level of coaching is ideal if you feel you need ultimate guidance and direction in getting started, encouragement, and/or accountability.
Bi weekly updates and coaching - $200 monthly.
Here you still get the baseline profile for you, the assessment of your fitness level, the discussion of your goals and accessible equipment, and the creation a fitness plan that grows with you. If you do not need as much guidance or monitoring, this plan is ideal in that we will have bi-weekly consulations, evaluations, and modifications to your plan.
Monthly Coaching - $100 a month
Here you still get the baseline profile for you, the assessment of your fitness level, the discussion of your goals and accessible equipment, and the creation a fitness plan that grows with you. Once you have established a routine and reached a point where you do not need as much coaching, but still desire adjustments to your plans, monthly consultations and reassessments, and new levels in periodized plans, this level of coaching might best suit your needs.
A la Carte online services:
Consultation - $25
This is not a designed plan, but rather an initial assessment of your photos, diet, fitness level, workouts, and body type. The purpose of this service is to help you get past "feeling stuck" in what you are presently doing or to give you an idea of what possibilities and options are available for you to consider with your fitness. Consultations can be done either in person, on the phone, or via skype and are for both the beginner interested in exploring his or her fitness options, or someone who just feels stuck with his or her program and would like tips and ideas to grow.
Workout plans - $30 initial plan and $15 updates
This includes the creation of a workout plan designed specifically for you, geared to meet your needs , goals, and available resources. The plan will contain a full workout schedule, including varied cardio to keep it engaging, for you to follow for the days of the week you specify. (This plan can include up to 6 days)
Youth Training and Educational Coaching
With the constant reduction to the physical education requirements in public school, students often do not get the physical exercise they desperately need. Training can not only build a strong cardiovascular system, but also a mental strength that carries over into life and the classroom. Kinesthetic learners need motion, and children are often kinesthetic. With the push towards standardized testing, this form of learning is often overlooked, supressed, or even misdiagnosed / medicated. As a FL certified teacher and fitness professional, I want to see children have their individual learning needs met, and I have developed strategies both in and out of the classroom for kinesthetic learners to use their learning style productively. Whether your child's goal is to maximize his or her performance in sports, obtain or maintain a healthy lifestyle, alter his or her weight, or learn to channel his or her energy in productive ways, I can offer training and educational coaching.
Consultations for evaluation - $30 for an hour
In this hour, we will cover all of the relevant information pertaining to your child's goals. We will look at lifestyle, diet, activity, classroom structure, strong and weak subjects, and allow you to decide if training and educational coaching is right for your child.
Educational / Training plans with virtual coaching - $100
This plan will serve as a written guideline and contract for your child to follow for a 4 week (interim) period. This plan will include study strategies (complete with directions on how to follow them), dietary adjustments, sleep requirements, organization ideas and directives, a physical fitness plan to be done independently, and weekly 15 minute coaching sessions via skype or phone.
Educational and Training Coaching in person - $200 per 4 week period.
With this plan, your child will still receive the individualized plan with a written guideline and contract for your child to follow for a 4 week (interim) period. This plan will include study strategies (complete with directions on how to follow them), dietary adjustments, sleep requirements, organization ideas and directives, and personal 1 hour weekly coaching sessions consisting of 1/2 hour physical fitness / strength training and 1/2 hour educational coaching.
